Ajagba vs Kossobutskiy co-feature on Top Rank show on 26th August

Nigerian heavyweight fighter Efe Ajagba will fight Kazakh Zhan Kossobutskiy on Top Rank show that will be held on 26th August in Tusla.

For Ajagba this will be a big test. The 29-year-old, have won 17 professional fights (13 KO) and lost once.

Ajagba – Kossobutskiy will be 10-round fight. Promoter Bob Arum says that this is a good fight for Ajagba.

“I think it’s a really good fight,” Arum told BoxingScene.com. “We have the Kazakh fighter under contract with us. I don’t know who’s gonna win that fight. But it’s a real test for Efe and I wouldn’t be surprised if the Kazakh guy won.”

Kossobutskiy is a knockout artist. He is unbeaten in 19 professional fights and 18 of them he won by KO.

In the event in Tusla will be three heavyweight fights. Main event will be fight between American Jared Anderson (15-0) will fight Ukrainian Andrii Rudenko (35-6) in a 10-round fight.

Olympic champion, Uzbek Bakhodir Jalolov will have his 13th professional fight. Jalolov (12-0) will fight in an 8-rounder Nigerian Onoriode Ehwarieme (20-2).
