Joyce vs. Kash Ali this weekend in Birmingham

Britain’s heavyweight Joe Joyce (15-2) will return in ring on Saturday night (March 16) in Birmingham where he will face his countryman Kash Ali (21-2) in a 10-rounder.

Joyce lost his last two fights from China’s Zhilei Zhang. Zhang stopped Joyce in their first encounter in April 2023 in sixth round. In a rematch in September, he was even faster, knocking-out Joyce in third round.

In the event in Birmingham on Saturday night Zach Parker (23-1) will fight Tyrone Zeuge (27-1-1) and Ezra Taylor (7-0) will be up against Prince Oko Nartey (11-2).

Also, there will be couple of title fights in the event promoted by Frank Warren.

Liam Davies (15-0) will fight for vacant IBO World super-bantamweight title against Erik Robles Ayala (15-1).

Dennis McCann (14-0-1) will be up against Brad Strand (11-0) for WBO Inter-Continental super-bantamweight title.

Pierce O’Leary (13-0) will fight Hovhannes Martirosyan (16-0) for WBC International title in super-lightweight division.
