The first historic schoolgirl contests featured in Al Ain today

The schoolgirls made a historic debut at the ASBC Asian Junior & Schoolboys & Schoolgirls Boxing Championships in Al Ain, UAE on Day4.

Al Ain is a historic oasis city in the UAE near to the boarder of Oman and welcomes the best talents from the 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 age groups.

The schoolgirls can compete in an Asian Championships for the first time therefore historic champions will be crowned in Al Ain. India’s Rakhi used her aggressive style of boxing against Mongolia’s Maralmaa Ganzorig and she landed the stronger shots in their meeting at the schoolgirls 43kg weight class.

Chinese Taipei’s Su Yin Hsi decided the next bout in this category so quickly, she stopped Kyrgyzstan’s Faiza Teshebayeva in the first round which was an emotional success for her. Ukraine’s Veronika Holub also won her contest by a quick stoppage against Sri Lanka’s Malsha Harappant Kushani.

Mongolia sent strong female team to the championships and their Mungunzul Altangadas became their first schoolgirl who won the contest. The 14-year-old Mongolian was smarter than Vietnam’s Nguyen Anh Thi Hua in the exchanges and she won the tightest schoolgirl bout of the session.

Kazakhstan’s Lashyn Dauletzhan won the next 46kg bout in Al Ain, she stopped Thailand’s Konwaran Wuttichai with a stoppage in the second round.

Kyrgyzstan’s Muslim Pansher eliminated his first opponent in Al Ain on Day1 and he won his second bout against Sri Lanka’s Chithrin Rathnayake at the 43kg weight class. The Sri Lankan tried to follow Pansher’s footsteps in the first round but the more experienced Kyrgyz boy made decisive actions in the second.

Kazakhstan’s Emir Mukhit won one of the best contests in the first day of boxing and he continued in the same level against such a difficult opponent as Iran’s Zobeir Eisazehi. The Kazakh 46kg weight class talent used the best decisions and changed his tactics during the contest to eliminate the tough Iranian.
