The 69th Bocskai Memorial Tournament will be coming soon with 168 boxers on the board next week

The 69th edition of the Bocskai Memorial Tournament will be one of the highlights next week and the competition has a strong brand name.

The 69^th Bocskai Memorial Tournament will be held in Debrecen, Hungary as all of the previous competitions but the date moved to March 10-16. The recent editions were held in the month of February but due to the busy calendar of events, the local organizers found a new date for the Bocskai.

Altogether 168 boxers have registered to the Bocskai Memorial Tournament which will be held in 10 women and 10 men weight categories.

The Press Conference of the Bocskai Memorial has already taken place in Debrecen which is located in the Eastern part of the country and it is famous for its boxing schools, historic churches, arts, museums, nice squares and colleges.

The first competition day of the upcoming Bocskai Memorial Tournament is on March 11 while the finals will be taking place on two days, March 14 and 15.

The Bocskai Memorial Tournament is one of the oldest competitions in the whole world and it has a strong brand name since the 1950s.

Several of the recent Olympic Champions and big stars as China’s Zou Shiming, Hungary’s Istvan Kovacs, England’s Luke Campbell, Cuba’s Julio Cesar La Cruz and many others.

March 11, 08:00-09:00 – Daily Medical Examination

March 11, 14:00 – Official Opening Ceremony

March 11, 14:15 – Day1 competition

March 12, 14:00 – Day2 competition

March 13, 14:00 – Day3 competition

March 14, 13:00 – Day4 competition with the women’s finals and men’s semi-finals

March 15, 14:00 – Day5 competition with the men’s finals

March 16 – Departure of the delegations
