The Astana World Boxing Cup will be the next top highlight
Kazakhstan’s capital city, Astana will host the next edition of the World Boxing Cup and it will be the highlight event in the beginning of July.
The preliminary training camp of the competition will be held between June 21 and 28 while the event will take place from June 28 until July 7.
Australia, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chinese Taipei, Colombia, Croatia, Dominican Republic, England, Finland, France, Germany, India, Iran, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Nigeria, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United States and Uzbekistan have registered to the Astana World Boxing Cup.
Host Kazakhstan has an amazing female and male team with several stars including Olympic medallists, World Champions, Asian Games heroes and Asian Champions.
England, the host of the next World Boxing Championships, registered their best women and men boxers to Astana.
The Australians have a very young team and their head coach Mr. Santiago Nieva is managing them for the upcoming Commonwealth Games and Olympics.
The Brazilians will compete with their best line-ups in Astana and among them several young boxers earned gold medals in the recent World Boxing events.
Chinese Taipei will their top female boxers who impressed in the Tokyo or the Paris Olympic Games, Asian Games and other international competitions.
The United States selected its annual team rooster still on January and their female boxers are very experienced with impressive technical skills.
Uzbekistan and Poland have decided to send their women’s boxing teams to Astana only but they can expect strong achievements in Kazakhstan’s capital.
Some of the best Italians, French, Germans and Dominicans will return in this competition before the World Boxing Championships.
