The Bulgarians welcome all of the top talents at the Emil Jechev Youth Memorial Tournament in September
The registrations are open for the 7th edition of the Emil Jechev Memorial Tournament which is Bulgaria’s next top event after the Strandja Memorial.
The new edition of the Emil Jechev Memorial Tournament will be held for the youth men boxers in Sofia, Bulgaria on September 1-6.
The registrations are open for the National Federations and the deadline for entering all of the team details is August 12.
The new edition of the Emil Jechev Memorial Tournament could be a preparation event for the European Boxing’s U19 Championships which will be held in end of September and beginning of October.
Boxers who were born in 2007 and in 2008 will be eligible to compete at the forthcoming international competition.
The next Emil Jechev Memorial Tournament will be a five-days long competition this time and all of the 10 weight classes are in the official program from the 50kg up to the +90kg.
The tournament is dedicated to Mr. Emil Jechev the former President of the European Boxing Association and AIBA Vice-President.

September 1, 19:30 – Official Draw
September 2, 14:00 & 17:30 – Day1 competition
September 3, 14:00 & 17:30 – Day2 competition
September 4, 14:00 & 17:30 – Day3 competition
September 5, 14:00 & 17:30 – Day4 competition with semi-finals
September 6, 15:00 – Day5 competition with the finals
September 7 – Departures of the delegations
