The Cup of Governor of the Fergana Region will be a busy event for the women’s youth and junior boxers in August

Uzbekistan is the top boxing power in the world and the registrations are still in open for all of the National Federations to their next international competition which will take place in Fergana.

Uzbekistan’s the Cup of the Governor of the Fergana Region will be held for the women’s junior and youth boxers in the city of Fergana on August 17-23.

The boxers who were born in 2007 and in 2008 are eligible to participate in the youth competition of the Fergana Governor Cup.

The younger boxers from the 2009 and the 2010 age groups will be able to compete in the junior part of the international female event.

The first competition day of the Cup of the Governor of the Fergana Region is August 18.

The expenses of travels, accommodation and meals for the athletes and the coaches are covered by the sending organizations. The expenses of the Referees & Judges are covered by the Fergana Regional Governor, the Regional Sports Department and the Fergana Regional Department of the Uzbekistan Boxing Federation.

The Ohu Hotel Fergana, the Diyor Hotel, the Saroy Garden Hotel, and the Chinor Hotel are the accommodation options.

August 22, 11:00 – Day5 competition

August 23 – Departure of the delegations
