WBO orders Billam-Smith to fight Fress for Interim title

World Boxing Organization (WBO) have ordered former world champion Chris Billam-Smith (21-2, 13 KOs) to fight Roman Fress (23-1, 13 KOs) for Interim title.

Winner of the fight then will have chance to fight the unified champion Gilberto Ramirez (48-1, 30 KOs).

“It’s a moment which I waited for a long time. This world title chance I will not let get out of my hands. I know Chris Billam-Smith was world champion and is one of the best in cruiserweight division, but I will secure the title with a victory”, Fress said.
