Itauma made to wait, Pulev announces fight against Gassiev

Moses Itauma (13-0, 11 KOs) fight against “regular” WBA World champion Kubrat Pulev (32-3, 14 KOs) has to wait. Epic Sports & Entertainment confirmed that Pulev will defend his belt against Murat Gassiev (32-2, 25 KOs) in Dubai on December 12.

WBA this week decided to order the fight between Pulev and Itauma. Teams were given 30 days to agree or otherwise will go to purse bid.

But CEO of Epic Sports, confirmed that Pulev will defend his belt against Gassiev in “Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium” and Itauma (20) was offered a slot in undercard.
