Ortiz Jr confident that he will beat Bohachuk

Vergil Ortiz Jr (21-0, 21 KOs) is very confident that on Saturday night in Las Vegas he will beat Ukraine’s Serhii Bohachuk (24-1, 23 KOs) and claim WBC Interim World super-welterweight title.

For Bohachuk will be the first title defense of the title. He won the title in March beating Brian Mendoza.

It’s expected to be an explosive fight. They have a combined knockout rate of almost 96%.

“I just feel like boxing is what I was made for. We put in all this hard work, it all goes back from that day after kindergarten till now. This Saturday, I will be a world champion”, Ortiz Jr said.

Bohachuk also said is ready for the big fight.

“Big fight coming up. I’m ready for this fight. I hope Vergil is ready too. This Saturday will be hard, come and see,” said Bohachuk.
