Wardley will face undefeated Justis Huni for WBA Interim title on June 7
Fabio Wardley (18-0-1, 17 KOs) got new opponent for June 7. Wardley will face in Ipswich the unbeaten Australian Justis Huni (12-0, 7 KOs) for WBA Interim World heavyweight title.
Wardley was supposed to fight Jarrelll Miller (26-1-2, 22 KOs) but American canceled because of an injury.
“All action shootout – just how we like it!” Wardley posted on X, after learning the name of new opponent.
Huni, known for his explosive power and agility, sees this as his chance to announce himself globally.
“If I didn’t take this fight, I’d regret it forever,” he said.
