WBO orders purse bid for Billam-Smith vs. Fress fight

WBO ordered purse bid for the right to promoted the Interim cruiserweight title fight between Chris Billam-Smith (21-2, 13 KOs) and Roman Fress (23-1, 13 KOs).

The teams didn’t reach agreement so the WBO ordered purse bid. Purse bid will be held on October 9 in Budapest. The minimum offer will be 300.000 dollars.

Fress won WBO Inter-Continental title on May this year beating Michael Seitz via unanimous decision.

Billam-Smith’s last fight was in April this year beating Brandon Glanton via unanimous decision.
