WBA orders fight between Pulev and Itauma

WBA have officially ordered Kubrat Pulev (32-3, 14 KOs) to defend his “regular” World heavyweight title against 20-year-old prodigy Moses Itauma (13-0, 11 KOs).

The two sides have until November 14 to reach deal, if not then will go to purse bid.

For 44-year-old Bulgarian will be first title defense. He won the title in December last year, after defeating Mahmoud Charr via unanimous decision.

Pulev was supposed to fight Michael Hunter (24-1-2), but American team didn’t provide signed contracts.
