Top nations are planning to participate in the next Boxam Tournament in Spain

Several of the top nations are planning to participate in the upcoming Boxam Youth-Junior-Schoolboys-Schoolgirls Tournament in the beginning of next month.

The new edition of the Boxam Tournament for the under-elite boxers will take place in La Nucia, Alicante, Spain on October 6-12.

The registrations are still open for all of the National Federations and the event could be a great preparation for several upcoming championships.

The Royal Spanish Boxing Federation added the U15 age group to the event which means that three age groups can compete for the medals in La Nucia.

The 2009 and the 2010 age group for both genders will compete in the U17 age group in La Nucia. The 2007 and 2008 born boxers are eligible to attend in the U19 youth level of boxing at the next Boxam Tournament this October. The youngest 2011 and 2012 born boxers will compete in the U15 schoolboys-schoolgirls category.

Altogether 173 boxers from Bulgaria, Colombia, England, France, Georgia, Iceland, Latvia, Mexico, Romania, Spain, Tunisia, and Wales competed in the last edition of the Boxam Youth-Junior Tournament in 2024.

The Royal Spanish Boxing Federation is planning to host big championships in 2026 next to their Boxam Tournaments and the Dacal Memorial.
